When the sniffles grab hold of you and you need something warm and cozy to tuck into, throw a bottle of red wine into a pot with an orange peel, cardamom pods, ginger slices and a little brown sugar. It's so easy, it's not really a recipe. Cook the wine brew for about 1 hour on low, with the lid on, then strain through a fine sieve. Best enjoyed in the bathtub. It's where all great thoughts and things happen, really!
