Mark Bittman's Vegan Chocolate Pudding was so delicious -- sort of like a fudgesicle from my youth -- smooth, cooling and so refreshing on a summer thunderstorm kind of day. I did use my little Russian chocolate bar for the chocolate -- she was perfect.
Bittman does it again! That man can do no wrong (in my eyes anyway). I can't wait to test this recipe out. Thanks for sharing!
