Happy Belated Father's Day

For the man who makes the thinnest pizzas, richest chocolate cakes, grows vegetables with my Mom in their little garden, cracks the crust of a creme brulee with gusto, took me on trips to SE Asia and beyond as a kid and teenager, coined phrases such as "don't try -- do," listens to books on tape endlessly, calls his kids almost everyday to chat, has a favorite blue sequin dress he used to wear every Halloween, laughs like a banchi, wears a wardrobe of clothing collected entirely at the beach on morning walks, is an artist in every sense of the word . . .
